Mr. Kelly joined Waystone in 2018 and currently serves as Head of Operations in Germany. In this role, he is responsible for operational management as well as the optimization and further development of business processes.
Prior to joining Waystone, Mr. Kelly held senior operational management positions at several international financial services companies, where he gained extensive experience in process optimization, operational management, and organizational development.
